I had the good fortune of coming across John Grant and her books from recommendations by my spiritual teacher, Sri Harold Klemp, The Mahanta, The Living ECK Master. Sri Harold shares wonderful resources to explore our own spiritual nature, spiritual adventures and health and well-being.
Of course I ordered every of Joan’s books, and devoured them over and over! Far Memory is a great favorite, as I have always enjoyed reading about life in England. Joan’s life and journeys as Joan Grant, for me are equally as enthralling as her lifetimes in Ancient Egypt, Greece and Italy.
Now I am reading Speaking From the Heart, as I am living in Saudi Arabia for the second time in my life, an expatriate from The United States. Joan’s candid delivery of ancient truisms feeds my need to open a window to higher consciousness, and sort out the challenges of daily living.
A wonderful resource for past lives, reincarnation and spiritual destiny is: www.eckankar.org. Singing the HU song, the love song to God, can open up vistas of realities that can heal and aid us, as we continue on our journey home to God. Studying dreams is a beautiful first step to these inner realities and our ancient lifetimes.
